1 used Austin for first time last week. I had a/c problem and called Mechanical air who quoted over $300. Austin came 2 hrs later and fixed for $65! He is sweet guy, comes promptly for affordable price. The following day I could not take out frig water filter he came in hour and unscrewed it and put in new filter. He was here 5 min, but refused money for helping me. Such a nice caring guy. Highly recommend

I flushed my AC condensate last evening when the AC shut down. I was unable to get the thermostat to reset. I phoned Austin at 9PM for assisstance and he showed up in less than 15 minutes. He identified the problem and corrected it . Within 30 minutes from the time of my call to Austin, the problem was identified and solved. Austin far exceeded my expectations.
